DeleteHow many strikes do you participated? How many demonstrations, how many EC meetings do you participated?first do something for the union.just monthly subscription is not enough.Involvement is necessary .Just sit in the divisional office and comment the union is very easy but when we come to the field and do something for the members is not easy comrade.So do have any suggestion you have right to express but before give some efforts to the union.

Deleteif there is shortage of talented persons, one man can hold 02 posts. But, I believe there are many comrades like u, who can hold the post(s) and work for the betterment of postal employees. What is the need for one man to hold 02 posts (except the greed of that person). Always 02 man can work better than the mighty(?) one man. It is time bring an amendment to the constitution of the union to ensure "one man, one post". I am suggesting this for the welfare of the employees. You people first come out of Group (M group, KVS Group, Balu Group, s.moorthy group etc), think and decide... thank U very much...
