POSTMASTER CADRE OFFICIALS

Grade Pay of Postmaster Grade-I to be enhanced to 4200/-

Postmaster Grade II to be enhanced to 4600/-

Postmaster Grade III to be enhanced to  4800/-

   The Department has suggested the above recommendations to the empowered committee wherein the Government has directed the concerned Department to decide.

   Hence it is learnt that the Department would enhance the Grade Pay of Postmaster Cadre.

 Issues relating  to individual Posts / Cadres to be Decided by the Concerned Ministries

Apart from the pay, pension and other recommendations approved by the Cabinet, it was decided that the concerned Ministries may  examine the issues that are administrative in  nature , individual post/ cadre specific and issues in which the Commission has not been able to arrive at a consensus .
