SUBJECTS FOR THE BI-MONTHLY MEETING

1. Request to shift  Kannankurichi S.O, Attayampatti S.O and Alagapuram S.O  to  better  building.      

2. Early supply of battery to UPS in Treasury and mpcm counter of Salem H.O.

3. Repair of Entrance gate of HASTHAMPATTI SO.

4. Supply of Aqua guard water purifier to kitchipalayam delivery S.O

5. Request early action to dequarterize  Kannankurichi S.O. All the postmen delivery staff are working in the quarters portion at kannankurichi S.O.

6. Request early action for AMC to All Gensets.

7. Request for replacement of UPS battery at Salem South,Veerapandi and Maravaneri S.O.

8. Restoration of staff strength of Accounts  Branch of Salem H.O.

      One Accountant and 2 Accounts PA Posts have been unjustified reduced during  SalemHO visit of DPS Coimbatore. But DPS Coimbatore V.R para of Salem HO has not been received so far. Copy of fax message dtd  11-07-2013. Address to PMG, Coimbatore given by P3  Salem east divisional union is enclosed for reference.

9.Continued grant of HRA to the postal staff working at Kannnakurichi, Ayothiyapattinam,

    Dasanaickenpatti, Yercaud  and  Ondikadai  in Salem East dn.

         The staff  working  in the offices are not being paid peripheral HRA from 2008
